Mr. Sanjay Patel
Managing Director
Mr. Sanjay Patel holds a masters degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With thorough understanding of Pharmaceutical industry. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since its incorporation and is appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 14, 2022. He is primarily involved in the sales & marketing activities of the Company in global and domestic markets with sound business sense during last almost 20 years.
Mr. Pravin Madhani
Director
Mr. Pravin Madhani is a gratuate from Surashtra University, Rajkot, Post Gratuate from M S University, Vadodara and LL.B from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since its incorporation. He looks after all the production related activities & regulatory matters of the Company. He has total experience of 20 years. He has earned credit of star performer during his three & a half year tenure with Government of Gujarat as a Mamlatdar.
Mr. Mitesh Chikhaliya
Director
Mr. Mitesh Chikhaliya holds a masters degree in International Business from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashtra. He is involved in the international business of the Company as well as Finance & Accounting affairs of the Company. He is having rich experience in global pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Chikhaliya joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from November 27, 2010. Collectively, he has 14 years of rich experience.
Mr. Keyur Shah
Independent Director
Mr.Keyur Shah is a qualified Company Secretary, Registered Valuer and Insolvency Professional with additional qualifications of MBA (Finance) and a degree in law having experience of more than 20 years in the fields of investment banking, public issues, private equity, debt syndication and due diligence.
He has been associated with various corporates and investment banking companies including Religare Capital Markets Ltd., Chiripal Group of Companies, Aarvee Denims and Exports Ltd. etc. during the employment. Mr.Keyur Shah had also been associated with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Ahmedabad Chapter in various capacities. He was Chairman of the Managing Committee of the Ahmedabad Chapter in the year 2009.
Mr. Tarun Dobariya
Independent Director
Since 2003, Mr. Tarun Dobariya is involved in metals manufacturing industries. He has vast experience and technical know-how in Non-Ferrous metal scrap goods, alloys melting, fastener making machinery and other related parts making machineries. Further, he is involved in importing from around the world and exporting of metal engineering components to mainly European market and secondary metals in Chinese market. He was on the board of Lyft Logistics LLP and has 4 years of experience in international logistic service of mines minerals through bulk vessel.
Ms. Vaishakhi Shukla
Independent Director
Ms. Vaishakhi Shukla is a qualified Company Secretary. She has worked as a trainee under the guidance of Mr.Balwantsinh J. Vaghela, Practicing Company Secretary, for 15 months from May 01, 2008 to July 31, 2009. Also, worked as Company Secretary in Orient Newsprint Limited from November, 2010 to July, 2012, with Gujarat Agro-Industries Corporation Limited (A State Government Undertaking) from July, 2012 to August, 2014, with Gujarat State Warehousing Corporation (A State Government Undertaking) from August, 2014 to February, 2015.
Currently, she is working as a Company Secretary of HYDCO Engineering Pvt. Ltd. From January, 2021 till date.
